Why the prices are on the site
Most commercial vent work is sold the same way: book a walkthrough, wait for a proposal, get a single number with nothing underneath it.
We think a property manager should be able to work out the number before picking up the phone. So the rates are published, the quote is your count times those rates, and the invoice follows the same math. If a line looks wrong you can check it yourself.
No subcontractors, and over 500 jobs since December 2024.

Why this site says what it says
The access limits, the scope limits, the plain answer that no Arizona law requires this, the note about why monthly works on a laundromat and not on an apartment complex. All of that comes from having been wrong about it early on, and it is cheaper for you to read it here than to find out on your own property.
Scope and terms
Individual systems only, not large rooftop units, chillers or built-up air handlers. What we do and do not touch.
Net 30 available on request. Payment terms.
Questions
Who does the work?
We do. No subcontractors.
How long have you been doing this?
Since December 2024, with over 500 jobs done.
What size properties do you take?
$500 minimum per visit, and no practical ceiling on multifamily. Where we stop is equipment size rather than property size: individual systems only, not large rooftop package units or built-up commercial air handlers.
Are you insured?
Yes, and the certificate goes over with the quote.
Why publish the prices?
Because a property manager should not have to book a sales visit to find out a number, and because a published rate card makes every quote checkable.
