Apartment and multifamily dryer vent cleaning
Most of what we do. From $59 a unit, one price every time, quoted from your unit and floor count, scheduled in blocks by building, with a unit-by-unit record at the end.
Calls answered 7am to 8pm · same-day service usually available
Unit count and floor count is all it takes.
How an apartment job works
- The quote needs two numbers: unit count and floor count. How quoting works.
- First and second floor from the exterior, third floor and up from inside the unit, and no lifts across your landscaping. What we can reach.
- Your count, a written quote, scheduling in blocks by building, and a record at the end. How a job runs.
- Every job ends with a dated record by unit number: serviced, not accessed, or flagged. What goes in the record.

Scheduling an occupied property
The technical work is straightforward. The hard part is 150 front doors.
We schedule in blocks by building so your notices are accurate and residents are not sitting home all day waiting. Turnover units get folded in wherever they line up, because those are the easiest units on any property: nobody to notify, no access problem, dryer available.
Tell us your notice period when you book and the schedule gets built around it rather than the other way around.
What it costs
$79 a unit at 10 to 49 units, $69 at 50 to 99, $59 at 100 plus. Stacked units on the third floor and up are $99, laundromats $65 a machine, $500 minimum. Full pricing.
Questions
How long does a 150-unit property take?
Four to five days typically, scheduled in blocks by building so notices go out accurately and residents are not waiting all day.
Do you need to walk the property before quoting?
No. Unit count and floor count is enough. The quote is that count times the published rates.
How do you handle resident notices?
Tell us your notice period when you book and we build the schedule around it. Blocks by building rather than scattered across the property.
What about turnover units?
Ideal, and the easiest units on any property. Nobody to notify, no access problem, dryer available. If you are already doing vents at turnover we can fold the rest of the building around that.
Can you do ducts at the same time?
Yes, and it is the efficient way to do it. Common areas at $65 an opening, plus the equipment itself if it needs it. One trip, one invoice.
Do you price per unit or per building?
Per unit, by total count: $79 at 10 to 49 units, $69 at 50 to 99, $59 at 100 plus. Stacked units on the third floor and up are $99 each. One price every time, no contracts.
