Laundromat and shared laundry room vent cleaning

Why monthly holds up here and not on apartments
Worth being straight about, because we say the opposite elsewhere on this site.
An apartment dryer runs a handful of loads a week. Once a year is the honest interval and anybody selling quarterly on that is selling a schedule rather than a need.
A laundromat dryer runs twelve hours a day. Different duty cycle entirely, lint accumulates at a rate a household never approaches, and a blocked machine is both a fire load and a machine that stops earning. Monthly is defensible on that and we will show you why on the first visit.

How a laundromat visit works
- We work a bank of machines at a time, usually before opening, so you are never fully down.
- The dryer runs while we clean from outside, so loosened lint leaves the duct instead of sitting in it. Why that matters.
- Every job ends with a dated record by unit number: serviced, not accessed, or flagged. What goes in the record.
- Individual systems only, not large rooftop units, chillers or built-up air handlers. What we do and do not touch.

Questions
How often should a laundromat be done?
Monthly, in most cases. The machines run twelve hours a day rather than four loads a week, and that duty cycle is what justifies it. On an apartment complex once a year is the honest answer.
What does it cost?
$65 a machine, every visit. No contracts and no commitment discount. $500 minimum per visit.
Do you work around opening hours?
Yes. Early mornings before opening are usually easiest, and we can work a bank of machines at a time so you are never fully down.
What about the make-up air and the room itself?
If the room has its own exhaust or make-up air on individual equipment we can handle it. Large built-up commercial systems are a different trade and we will say so.
