Tell us your unit count and how many floors. That is the quote.
Construction debris in brand-new vents
Almost all of Buckeye's multifamily is new or still going up, spread along the I-10 and out into the newer master-planned areas. That brings a problem older cities do not have: construction debris in the vents.
Drywall dust, insulation scraps, packaging, and now and then a run that was never properly connected at the transition all turn up in new buildings. Lint catches on that debris and builds faster than it would in a clean run, so the first cleaning after lease-up is often the one that finds the most.
Floors and access
Most new product here is two and three story garden style. First and second floor go from the exterior. Third floor units are interior work, which on a building still leasing up can often be done in empty units before anybody moves in.
Buckeye pricing
$79 a unit at 10 to 49 units, $69 at 50 to 99, $59 at 100 plus. Stacked units on the third floor and up are $99, laundromats $65 a machine, $500 minimum. Full pricing.
Air ducts, exhaust fans and HVAC equipment are optional add-ons on the same visit. Add-on rates.

What a Buckeye job looks like
- Every job ends with a dated record by unit number: serviced, not accessed, or flagged. What goes in the record.
- First and second floor from the exterior, third floor and up from inside the unit, and no lifts across your landscaping. What we can reach.
- The quote needs two numbers: unit count and floor count. How quoting works.
Questions from Buckeye
Our building is brand new. Why would the vents need cleaning already?
Because construction leaves debris behind and lint snags on it. The first cleaning after lease-up clears it and records every unit's run, including any that were never connected properly.
Do you come out to Buckeye?
Yes, at the same published rates as the rest of the Phoenix Metro. No travel surcharge.
Why Buckeye managers schedule it
No Arizona law requires it. Managers schedule it for fire risk, documentation and dryer life. Why it gets scheduled.
