Tell us your unit count and how many floors. That is the quote.
Built alongside the tech employers
Much of Chandler's apartment stock grew with its employment base through the nineties and 2000s, and most of it is garden style: two and three story buildings spread across landscaped sites in the west and south of the city. First and second floor vents are exterior. On the three-story buildings, the top floor is the part that needs interior access scheduled.
Downtown Chandler has added newer mid-rise over the last decade or so, and those buildings run interior on most floors. A Chandler portfolio can easily include both kinds, which is why we ask for floor count per property rather than one number for everything.
Chandler pricing
$79 a unit at 10 to 49 units, $69 at 50 to 99, $59 at 100 plus. Stacked units on the third floor and up are $99, laundromats $65 a machine, $500 minimum. Full pricing.
Air ducts, exhaust fans and HVAC equipment are optional add-ons on the same visit. Add-on rates.
Sun Lakes and the 55+ side
South of the city, the 55+ communities around Sun Lakes lean on shared laundry rooms and clubhouse facilities. Those price per machine, and the residents are the people who benefit most from a dated record that somebody else is keeping.

The job itself
- The quote needs two numbers: unit count and floor count. How quoting works.
- First and second floor from the exterior, third floor and up from inside the unit, and no lifts across your landscaping. What we can reach.
- Every job ends with a dated record by unit number: serviced, not accessed, or flagged. What goes in the record.
Is it required?
No Arizona law requires it. Managers schedule it for fire risk, documentation and dryer life. Why it gets scheduled.
