Tell us your unit count and how many floors. That is the quote.

ASU and the August turnover
The blocks around ASU are dominated by student housing, much of it newer mid-rise and taller, built in the last fifteen years or so. Dryers in those units work far harder than in a typical household: several residents sharing one machine, towels and bedding on every cycle, and nobody cleaning the lint screen consistently.
The turnover window is the opportunity. Empty units between move-out and move-in mean no resident notices, no access problems and a dryer we can run freely. Floors above the second are interior work anyway, so on a student building turnover is often the only practical time to reach the upper floors.
On the day in Tempe
- First and second floor from the exterior, third floor and up from inside the unit, and no lifts across your landscaping. What we can reach.
- The dryer runs while we clean from outside, so loosened lint leaves the duct instead of sitting in it. Why that matters.
- The quote needs two numbers: unit count and floor count. How quoting works.
South Tempe
Away from campus, south Tempe has a lot of older two-story garden complexes from the seventies and eighties. Those are straightforward exterior jobs, but on buildings that age we expect to flag a few runs for maintenance rather than find nothing but lint.
Why Tempe managers schedule it
No Arizona law requires it. Managers schedule it for fire risk, documentation and dryer life. Why it gets scheduled.
