Sun City opened in 1960 as Del Webb's active-adult community and was built out over the following two decades. It is unincorporated, almost entirely one story, and its multifamily is mostly condominium and cooperative buildings rather than rental complexes.
Many of those buildings use shared laundry rooms instead of in-unit machines, which makes them per-machine work. They are old enough that their vent runs deserve a close look, and the record flags anything maintenance should repair.
