Tell us your unit count and how many floors. That is the quote.
South to north, oldest to newest
South Scottsdale holds the city's oldest apartment and condo buildings, many from the sixties and seventies, mostly one and two stories with exterior access throughout. Moving north the stock gets newer, and around Old Town and the resort corridor it gets taller: mid-rise condos and apartments where anything from the third floor up is interior work.
North Scottsdale is newer again, with garden complexes and condo communities from the nineties onward, generally two and three stories.

Condo associations and winter owners
A large share of Scottsdale multifamily is condominium, which puts the question of who cleans the vents in front of the association and its CC&Rs. It also means seasonal owners, with units that sit empty for months and then run hard all winter. Scheduling in the fall means the vents are clear when the dryers start running again.
How the work goes in Scottsdale
- First and second floor from the exterior, third floor and up from inside the unit, and no lifts across your landscaping. What we can reach.
- Every job ends with a dated record by unit number: serviced, not accessed, or flagged. What goes in the record.
- The quote needs two numbers: unit count and floor count. How quoting works.
Rates in Scottsdale
$79 a unit at 10 to 49 units, $69 at 50 to 99, $59 at 100 plus. Stacked units on the third floor and up are $99, laundromats $65 a machine, $500 minimum. Full pricing.
Air ducts, exhaust fans and HVAC equipment are optional add-ons on the same visit. Add-on rates.
Is it required?
No Arizona law requires it. Managers schedule it for fire risk, documentation and dryer life. Why it gets scheduled.
Questions from Scottsdale
We are a condo association. Can you do every unit if some owners are away?
Yes, if the association can arrange access. Units we cannot reach are marked not accessed on the record rather than skipped silently, so the board knows exactly which ones are outstanding.
Do you come out to Scottsdale?
Yes, at the same published rates as the rest of the Phoenix Metro. No travel surcharge.
